HELPFUL RESOURCES FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT AND MENTAL HEALTH AT HARVARD

UHS Mental Health Services | 495-2042 | Holyoke Center, 4th floor

Each year, many students seek counseling services for interpersonal conflicts, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and substance abuse. It’s not unusual for these issues to emerge during the college years. The good news is that students who receive psychological treatment get better. Individual and group counseling sessions are free and confidential. If you feel that you are struggling or are concerned about a friend, don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment.
