Advising in Startups, Deep Tech, and AI

Ujjwal Kumar is an ecosystem builder working to create the systems needed for world-changing technologies to succeed. As the Founder of Quantum Alliance, a Harvard–MIT–ecosystem based non-profit, he focuses on the critical gap between brilliant climate innovations and a market that isn't ready for them. He also co-founded Cognisee AI to build sovereign, human-centered AI systems rooted in local context. Informed by his work at the United Nations FAO, the German Foreign Office, and as an award-winning founder at the Harvard Innovation Labs, Ujjwal's work is driven by a core belief: “We don’t lack solutions—we lack the systems that can carry them.” He is a former Mason Fellow from the Harvard Kennedy School.

As a Non-Resident Tutor, Ujjwal is passionate about helping Quincy students forge their own paths. Having started his own journey as a founder at the Harvard Innovation Labs, he offers practical guidance on navigating the ""messy middle"" of innovation. Come talk to him about:

* Building and scaling a venture in Deep Tech or AI.
* Navigating early-stage fundraising and grant applications.
* Building partnerships with large companies or global organizations.
* Crafting a career at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship."
