Hey Penguins! I’m Serenity and I’m excited to join Quincy for my first year as an NRT. I am a current M2 at Harvard Medical School and I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland . I went to college in a dual enrollment program at UNC-CH and Duke University where I double majored in Biology and Global Health.

In college, I served as a birth doula and started a culinary medicine program at my school. As a result, I have developed a deep passion for reproductive justice and food justice in conjunction with their relationship to health disparities! In my free time, I also love to cook/bake and I take dance classes at Boston Dance Studio!

I am always happy to talk about medicine, qualitative research, health disparities, reproductive health, nutrition etc.!
