Isaac Sebenius
"Hi everyone, I’m Isaac! Being at Quincy was one of the best parts of undergrad (class of 2020) and I am so excited to be back. After college, I spent five years in the UK, during which I completed a PhD in psychiatry and an MPhil in machine learning at the University of Cambridge. I’ve now come back stateside and am a first- year MD student in the Harvard/MIT HST program. My research so far has mainly focused on developing new computational approaches for neuroimaging and genetics, particularly in the context of mental illness. I have also worked in biotech venture capital and am interested in connections between academia and industry.
If I’m not working, you can probably find me playing or listening to music, running along the Charles, or baking a cake. At Quincy, I’m really looking forward to chatting about medicine, music, research, neuroscience, UK fellowships, or anything else. Can’t wait to get to know you all!"
