Allison Toledo

Non-Res Tutor
Pre-Law

"Hi Penguins! My name is Allison and I am thrilled to be a Non-Resident Tutor this year. I graduated the College in 2019 as a proud resident of Quincy House (if you need assassins tips, I’ve got you covered) with a concentration in Social Studies and a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. I am originally from Hillsdale, NJ, and after college I moved to Washington, DC. I spent three years as a legal assistant working on plaintiff-side employment discrimination cases (mostly race and gender discrimination) and plaintiff-side mass tort cases. I then served as a Biden-Harris political appointee at the Office of Management and Budget at the White House, and I ended my two and a half years there as the Advisor to the Deputy Director doing policy work, operations work, and speechwriting. After working in government relations on water infrastructure policy, I am now back in Boston for law school just across the river at Boston University.

I would be more than happy to talk about any of the above, especially if you’re interested in government service and political work post-grad! I am also available as a resource for anyone who may be thinking about attending law school in the future. Outside of school and work, I’m a diehard baseball fan, love live music, and enjoy visiting Massachusetts’s historical sites in my free time, so feel free to reach out if you want to chat about any of those, too!"
