Hi Penguins! My name is Rakim Williams, and I’m excited to continue supporting the Quincy community as a Non-Resident Tutor. I previously served as a Resident Tutor for two years and have been connected to Quincy House for nearly a decade. I currently work in graduate admissions at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I focus on perspective student outreach and student development in higher education. Outside of work, I volunteer with community-based organizations to help high school students navigate the college application process. I’m passionate about mentorship, college access, and supporting students in their educational journeys.

Fun fact: I’m from Brooklyn and a proud HBCU graduate! Feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help however I can.
